As our current Quality Specialist is moving on internally, we are now looking for her successor. As our new Quality Specialist, you will become part of a well-functioning QC organization with 25 helpful, skilled, and engaged colleagues in the team!

About the role

You will become a key part of the QC department, a well-functioning group that supports each other, enjoys working together, and collaborates to meet quality requirements and deadlines from authorities and customers. As a Quality Specialist, you will primarily work with quality assurance tasks, such as investigations of deviations and out-of-specification analysis results. You will also participate in inspections from authorities and customers and ensure that appropriate actions are taken based on these. The role involves significant cross-functional work where you will work closely with the Development Department, Production Specialists, and the QA Department. It also includes quality improvement work to ensure that our processes continuously meet current requirements and regulations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling inspection observations from authorities and customers
• Lab investigations, OOS investigations, and deviation handling
• CCs, CAPAs, risk assessments, and quality improvement work

Who we are looking for

The most important factor for success in this role is that you are quality-conscious and have experience with quality work within GMP. You need to be responsible, service-oriented, meticulous, and flexible in both your work methods and how you interact with your colleagues. You have a positive mindset and thrive in an environment with varied tasks. You may currently work in QA and have previous experience from QC, which would be a suitable background for the role.

In addition, you have:

• An academic education as a University Engineer in Chemistry or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English (fluent in speech and writing)
• Experience working according to GMP

Meritorious experience and skills

• Experience with FDA
• Quality Assurance
• HPLC/GC, Ph Eur/USP analyses of raw materials
• Qualification and validation of laboratory equipment and computerized systems
